Depuis près de 50 ans le site de La Pocatière, usine historique héritage de Bombardier Transport, est un acteur majeur de l'économie québécoise. L’usine produit des véhicules sur rails pour le transport de passagers et constitue un centre d'excellence en fabrication de matériel roulant en acier inoxydable.
Les Services Techniques sont à la recherche d’une personne dynamique qui privilégie le travail d’équipe pour occuper le poste d’ingénieur méthodes. RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS :- Participer à la conception du produit en partenariat avec les différentes fonctions pour proposer des solutions pour améliorer la fabrication du produit;
- Participer activement à la réalisation des premières unités en supportant les fonctions principales de fabrication;
- Déterminer les requis fonctionnels et rédiger la documentation technique permettant l’assemblage des voitures de train;
- Effectuer différentes recherches, études et analyses pour développer des méthodes de fabrication, des produits et de nouveaux marchés en partenariat avec les expertises internes et externes;
- Élaborer des plans d’action permettant d’améliorer la productivité des équipements existants et/ou intégrer de nouvelles technologies dans nos procédés de fabrication;
- Définir et estimer les coûts des méthodes de production les plus économiques selon les exigences du produit.
- BAC génie mécanique;
- Maitrise du Français et bonne connaissance de l’Anglais;
- Être soucieux des détails;
- Faire preuve d’autonomie et de rigueur.
- Connaissance des théories fondamentales, des principes et des concepts reliés à la fabrication et à l’assemblage mécanique;
- Connaissance de base en soudage, un atout;
- Excellent communicateur et travailleur d’équipe;
- Disponible à voyager;
- Connaissance de la suite Office;
- Connaissance du logiciel CATIA, un atout.
