Information Technology Manager

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Required Skills and Experience *
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial and business support role within IT environment
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading teams in large scale business systems implementations
- Expertise understanding and working within Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and how it interconnects with enterprise architecture strategy, middleware, and security standards
- Experience in application development including DevSecOps and SDLC utilizing varied environments including Azure DevOps, MuleSoft, AWS (Ruby, Lambda, S3, Cognito) Java, SaaS, PaaS solutions running on multiple databases and integration across varying types of systems e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager and Dealer Management Systems
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and direct within a matrixed organization structure
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to demonstrate effective decision making, strong process improvement orientation, and problem solving ability
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Certifications related to PMP, ITIL, Agile, CMMI, and TOGAF will be considered asset

Insight Global is looking for an Information Technology Manager to dive into an exciting opportunity with one of our largest clients in the automotive industry. This person will be a leader in the Application Development and Business Relationship areas. The successful candidate will provide leadership to technical teams, guidance and mentoring SDLC and Application Portoflio Management and build relationships with several internal business units and dealer stakeholders. This person must be ready to wear the hat of a Technical Product Owner and not hesitate to get into the weeds alongside the technical team. This environment is fully agile and the successful candidate must have experience in this environment with expertise driving this methodology.
