Entertainment Director

Status: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 per year

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Leisure Director is responsible for planning, organizing and managing recreational activities and related services designed to enrich the experience of Mont Gabriel hotel guests. He/she ensures the creation of a welcoming and entertaining environment, offering a variety of activities adapted to different types of clientele (family, business, sports, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate leisure activities for guests (sports, games, themed events, entertainment).
2. Organize special events (theme parties, dances, sports competitions) and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience through diversified and well-organized leisure activities.
3. Manage material resources and equipment required for activities (equipment rental, maintenance, security).
4. Participate in the development of the leisure and activities promotion strategy to attract a varied clientele.
5. Prepare regular reports on expenses, revenues and program performance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position (entertainment, leisure management in the hotel or tourism sector).
2. Strong ability to manage a team, organize and prioritize tasks.
3. Ability to propose innovative ideas to animate the hotel and coordinate complex events.
4. Ability to interact with customers, listen to their needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
