What You Will Do Lead client-facing end-to-end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projects Implement UKG Pro WFM modules – Absence, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling (Advanced & Rotational) and work with the Boomi integration layer Work through the full lifecycle of a project or workstream, including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare Lead client conversations and explain the UKG system architecture and integrations with other solutions based on current and future state Conduct requirements gathering, workshops or facilitate client meetings on integrations, development, customizations and conversion Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions What You Bring To The Role Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years of experience actively working with HR and WFM functions and processes 6+ years of experience with UKG Absence, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling (Advanced & Rotational) and the Boomi integration layer 6+ years of experience working in the full project lifecycle, including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design and Testing 6+ years of experience in requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Currently holding UKG certifications Adjustments and Accommodations At KPMG, we are committed to fostering an inclusive recruitment process where all candidates can be themselves and excel.
