We collaborate with clients to enhance the communities where our friends, families, and neighbours live and work.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the planning, executing and delivery of land and site development projects, ensuring the project is within budget and on schedule while managing the clients’ expectationsProcure new projects and clients by identifying business development opportunities, understanding industry and development in the City of Stratford, Huron County and Perth County, leading proposal efforts including completing project scoping and RFP assessmentsManage day‑to‑day client interactions, communicate effectively with clients and internal/external project teams, and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfactionManaging project execution by providing technical direction to the project team related to grading, servicing and stormwater management. Appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teamsReviewing projects for technical accuracy and completeness in accordance with relevant municipal standards and internal policiesRequirementsDegree or Diploma in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years in a project management roleProfessional designation or actively working towards designation (P.Eng. preferred)Understanding of the Subdivision and Site Plan Approval processesExperience with Stormwater Management design and reviewTechnical understanding of applicable government technical standards and general engineering practices, processes, and legislative regulationsProficiency with software applications (i.e. MS Office)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management, multi tasking and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailWhat we offerYou’ll work on impactful projects, engaging in private and public development projects across Stratford, Huron County, Perth County and beyond.
