Executing multiple SQL Server improvements enhancing security, and performance
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) with Microsoft Purview
Identity Services (Active Directory & Entra ID)
Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) using conditional access and compliance policies
Patching of Windows Servers and Applications
Implementation, management, and improvements of email security technologies including (DMARC, SPF, DKIM

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in the following areas:
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Microsoft Active Directory /Entra ID
o Microsoft Azure
o Microsoft 365
o Microsoft Purview and Records Management
o Certificate Management (SSL/TLS, AD CS, PKI)
o Email Security Protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM)
o Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
o Microsoft Intune
• Capability of producing high quality specification and documentation.
• Strong team player with the ability to work with both local and remote cross-cultural teams.
• Self-learner with the ability to follow and understand system changes and roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse teams (proactive).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies applicable to continuous improvements of IT operations

Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience with diverse enterprise environments including experience with Microsoft SQL, Certificates, Email Security, Active Directory (on-prem and cloud) and records management
• Pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry experience is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated track record of providing great customer service.
• Drafting environment architecture diagrams for multiple applications and supporting services
