THE TEAM
The mission of the Technical Development Department is to develop product that delivers on the creative vision with superior fit and construction.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Technical Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering the Creative Design vision and Aritzia’s customer expectations through the fit, construction and quality of our product. As the Associate/Senior Associate, Technical Development , you will support in delivering the highest quality product through your manufacturing knowledge and proactive and collaborative communications with cross-functional teams and vendors. THE ROLE
As the Associate/Senior Associate, Technical Development , you will support the team to:
Ensure that our product delivers a consistent and superior fit
Ensure that our product executes with best in class construction
Ensure that all fit samples execute on Design’s creative vision
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Associate/Senior Associate, Technical Development has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in pattern-making and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $25.00–$35.00 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
