As a Videographer at Oxford properties, you will play a crucial role in planning, filming and editing video content to support the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for a variety of brand storytelling projects, including explainers, social media reels and posts, events, conferences, and promotion.

We’re seeking someone who will be instrumental in elevating our company’s marketing and communication strategies through all stages of production with creativity and cinematic vision. The ideal candidate will be versatile and will be able to seamlessly transition between various tasks and projects, have excellent technical knowledge, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of video content strategies and ideas to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Storyboarding and concept development: Collaborate with the BMC team to generate compelling storyboards and video concepts for social media, websites, other digital platforms, events, conferences, etc.;

Video Production: Plan, script, direct, shoot, and edit engaging videos and visual content that effectively communicate key messages and narratives. Create dynamic onscreen animations, graphics, titles, and transitions for videos and event presentations.

Post-Production: Handle post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects;

Equipment Management: Set up and operate video and audio equipment for production, including cameras, lighting and audio gear.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues;

Project Management: Manage multiple video projects from concept to completion, and work with other business partners to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget;

Collaboration:Work closely with multiple team members and business partners to ensure cohesive and integrated video content;

Quality Control:Ensure all video content meets high standards of quality and aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

To succeed in this role, you have:

·Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production or a related field

·At least 3 years of professional experience in videography, video production, or a related field.

·Proficiency in camera equipment and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with motion graphics software, such as After Effects

·Extensive knowledge of professional video equipment and lighting techniques.

·Proficiency in motion graphics/animation

·Familiarity with creating short-form content for social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram

·Strong understanding of scriptwriting and storytelling, video editing, grading, and audio mixing, along with graphics creation and typography

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively

·The ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them effectively into business language/requirements and creative briefs

·The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently, highly resourceful

·The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

·The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Photographic proficiency is an asset

·Basic graphic design is an asset with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign an asset

·Previous experience in finance, investment or real estate an asset

·Previous drone piloting an asset

Other:

·Hybrid role with minimum 3 days in office

·Regional and international travel may be required
