Overview: Our government client in Regina, SK is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist resource for a 12+ month contract. This position can be remote.

What you will be doing:

  1. Organize and facilitate activities to assist organizations in designing and describing operational organizational structures, governance arrangements, and administrative processes necessary for optimal use of new patient cost information and project goals.
  2. Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify individuals and groups likely to be impacted by changes or influence project success.
  3. Develop and guide the implementation of OCM strategies, monitor progress, and recommend remedial actions.
  4. Assess role/job and organization impact, develop strategies to address change risk.
  5. Lead the development of strategies to assist individuals and groups in understanding and adopting required changes for project success.
  6. Develop an organizational change management plan including communication, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, resistance management, and transition to operations/post-project support plans.
  7. Collaborate on OCM aspects, ensure a coordinated approach.
  8. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings logically.
  9. Integrate change management activities into project work plans, monitor execution and delivery.
  10. Influence and guide OCM activities at senior leader levels.

What you must have:

  • Post-secondary education bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Admin, Commerce, Leadership, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a change management leadership capacity with demonstrated experience transforming and managing change across a complex multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • An industry-recognized certification in organizational change management, such as CCMP or equivalent.
  • Experience with organizational change management frameworks like Prosci’s ADKAR model, Kotter’s 8 Steps, or equivalent.
  • Canadian health care experience is an asset.
  • Business analysis experience is an asset.
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate across various forums to diverse audiences.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship management, excellent coaching, and collaboration skills.
