Collaborant étroitement avec le Product Owner, vous clarifierez le backlog, impliquerez l'équipe dans la planification et vous concentrerez sur la livraison de valeur. Votre expertise en outils agiles et métriques vous permettra de suivre les performances, d'optimiser les processus et de promouvoir l'excellence technique au sein de l'équipe autonomisée.
Tâches et responsabilités :- Éliminer les obstacles à la productivité de l’équipe de développement en promouvant l’autonomie, en encourageant la prise de décision par l’équipe et en protégeant l’équipe contre les interférences externes.
- Identifier et résoudre rapidement les goulots d’étranglement, les déviations de processus et tout autre problème affectant le flux de travail de l’équipe, en fournissant des solutions agiles basées sur les meilleures pratiques.
- Faciliter de manière efficace les cérémonies Agiles (réunions quotidiennes, revues de sprint, rétrospectives), en créant un environnement sûr, positif et collaboratif favorisant la communication ouverte et l’amélioration continue.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner pour assurer la clarté du backlog, impliquer l’équipe dans la définition des exigences et la planification, et s’assurer que les user stories sont prêtes pour les sprints à venir.
- Suivre et communiquer de manière transparente les mesures de performance de l’équipe, telles que la vélocité, la capacité et les variations anticipées en raison de congés ou autres facteurs.
- Promouvoir la transparence en partageant ouvertement les informations, les défis, les dépendances et les enjeux critiques avec l’équipe et les parties prenantes concernées.
- Veiller à ce que les objectifs du sprint soient atteints en facilitant une répartition équilibrée des tâches au sein de l’équipe et en préparant activement les sprints futurs.
- Transmettre et renforcer la compréhension des principes Scrum, des pratiques Lean et des valeurs Agile au sein de l’équipe, en préservant la simplicité du cadre.
- Cultiver un environnement d’apprentissage et de croissance continue en encourageant la formation, l’expérimentation et le partage des connaissances au sein de l’équipe.
Avoir au moins 6 ans d’expérience en tant que Scrum Master dans un produit SaaS. Compréhension approfondie de Scrum, des pratiques Lean et des principes Agile, démontrée par des résultats concrets de projets réussis.
Capacité avérée à motiver et à autonomiser les équipes, à résoudre les conflits de manière constructive et à promouvoir la collaboration et la cohésion d’équipe.
Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, en facilitation et en gestion des parties prenantes, permettant de créer des environnements de travail positifs et productifs.
Expérience dans l’utilisation d’outils Agile (Jira, Gitlab, etc.) et de métriques pour mesurer et améliorer la performance de l’équipe.
Expérience dans l’identification, la hiérarchisation et la gestion de la dette technique au sein des équipes. Détention d’une certification de Scrum Master ou d’une autre certification Agile équivalente, fortement recommandée.
Connaissance des principes du SPACE Framework et de DevEx, et capacité à appliquer ces concepts pour améliorer la productivité et l’expérience des développeurs.
Compétences et aptitudes requises :Expertise avérée dans le coaching d’équipes techniques agiles, aidant les développeurs à s’améliorer continuellement.
