As part of your role, onward responsibilities include providing high‑quality services in clients' commercial and real estate transactions – preparing documentation for business transactions, corporate reorganizations, turnovers, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence. You will participate in negotiations and discussions with various professionals and maintain direct contact with clients. Strong negotiation, writing, and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will faili support clients to achieve project success, prepare corporate financing documents, review issued tax memoranda, and draft corporate and shareholder agreements.
