Radish is a cooperative logistics startup that is looking to bring forth a more equitable relationship between merchants, delivery drivers and consumers. We're looking for a junior operations associate to help streamline our delivery activities.Salary: $20-26/hResponsibilitiesAssist in the coordination all aspects of the delivery process, including scheduling, workforce management and order tracking.Undertake deliveries during peak periods and as a backup driver.Assist in the recruitment of delivery drivers and training of best practices.Work closely with our drivers to ensure optimal and friendly delivery for our clients.Monitor delivery performance and make recommendations for process improvements.Assist with customer complaints or delivery related issues.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and recruit potential restaurant members.Participate in the onboarding process for new business clients and answer questions, including account creation and placing deliveries.RequirementsStrong organizational and communication skills (French is strongly desired).Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.Must be comfortable driving a 23-foot electric delivery van.Possess a car in good working order.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detail and a healthy obsession with customer satisfaction.Excellent customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.Be open to working early mornings (6am)
