If you are looking for a position that demands critical thinking on complex care, advanced wound care and health teaching to manage chronic conditions, this role may be for youWhat you’ll be doing:As an RPN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in the Niagara community. This position requires travel throughout Niagara Region for client Visits.This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.You will teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.You are the nursing care expert for your community.
