What You’ll Do Lead personal tax compliance and advisory engagements, working closely with senior management Manage tax planning and compliance services for individuals with US and Canadian income or estate tax obligations Oversee engagement risk, financial performance, billing, and project budgets Review assessments and correspond with the IRS, state authorities, and CRA on tax matters Build and maintain senior client relationships, delivering high-quality tax advice Mentor and coach junior staff to their highest potential Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client value What’s in it for you?
