POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Jardin Laviolette residence is located in Trois-Rivières on the edge of Laviolette Boulevard. We are currently looking for one or more Beneficiary Attendants who are empathetic and concerned about the well-being of residents.

Part-time schedule, day or evening, occasional position.

The person must hold a diploma recognized by a government body, 16-hour CPR and the PDSB of ASSTSAS.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks

Health Care

Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies

Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .

Proactively assist and support the residents

Respond to all emergency situations

While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset

Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset

PAB diploma issued by a government body

Up to date CPR / AED training certificates

PDSB training
