Description du poste :

Le candidat idéal aura une expérience avérée en SEO, en ventes et en conseil auprès des clients, avec la capacité de développer et d'améliorer notre offre SEO, d'automatiser les processus de livraison et de maximiser la rentabilité. Il s'agit d'un poste de freelance à distance avec un engagement estimé à 10 heures par semaine, avec la possibilité d'un emploi à temps plein pour le candidat idéal.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer l'offre SEO : Créer et affiner nos services SEO pour répondre aux besoins des clients et aux tendances du marché
  • Modéliser et automatiser les services : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modèles et des processus d'automatisation pour rationaliser la prestation de services et augmenter l'efficacité
  • Ventes et gestion des clients : Vendre des services SEO aux clients existants et aux prospects, en démontrant la valeur et l'impact de nos offres
  • Gestion de l'équipe : Diriger et gérer une équipe d'exécutants SEO, fournir des directives claires, des évaluations de performance et un soutien continu
  • Formation : Former l'équipe à l'utilisation efficace de SEMRush et d'autres outils SEO pour garantir une prestation de services de haute qualité
  • Rentabilité : Assurer la rentabilité de nos services SEO e-commerce en gérant efficacement les ressources et en optimisant les offres de services

Exigences :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans une agence SEO ou en tant que consultant SEO freelance
  • Expérience avérée en ventes avec une forte capacité à présenter et vendre des services SEO
  • Expérience approfondie en conseil auprès des clients
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais (requis)
  • Capacité à travailler dans le fuseau horaire EST (requis)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
  • Maîtrise de SEMRush et d'autres outils SEO
  • Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion de projet solides
