Job Responsibilities

(Internal Title - Business System Configuration / Development II)

  • Designing and deploying web and GUI applications end-to-end, including server setup, dependency management, application database configuration, and deployment.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying data capture solutions leveraging languages such as C# and frameworks such as ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor pages, Blazor Server.
  • Ability to design front-end wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma and export them into usable HTML/CSS for front-end development.
  • Setting up databases (Access, SQL) to be used for application data requirements (access management, content management).
  • Ability to build, test, and deploy automated scripts used to integrate and pass data between systems using API calls based on vendor documentation (Rest API, software-specific API, …)
  • Supporting the design, build, and maintenance of the data architecture and infrastructure necessary for collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data primarily through the Data Hub and Data Marts solution (Microsoft Fabric)
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (primarily the CPG Reporting Database) into a unified and usable format for insights and reporting needs
  • Execute the planned mobilization of data by supporting classification exercises to identify where data is currently available against reporting and insights requirements.
  • Support data transformation where needed to ensure usage for reporting and insights requirements.
  • Build data processing frameworks to cleanse, transform, and enrich data before it's stored or used for analysis.
  • Implement data quality checks and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
  • Work closely with the Data Science team to understand data requirements to build the required data assets, capture, and integration tools.
  • Support the review of new digital technologies that are to be integrated into the existing client environment.
Qualifications Required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management or Engineering
  • Licenses or Certifications:
  • Project Management (CAPM) certification is a strong asset
  • Project Management (PMP) certification is a strong asset

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in PMIS application implementation and configuration
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS application implementation and configuration
  • Demonstrated experience in Data and Digital Management of large capital programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent system implementation/integration projects o Knowledge and/or experience in project costing, scheduling, earned value performance metrics and construction/contract administration o Fundamental knowledge and/or experience/skills of project Management and construction, project controls, and contractor Management processes and application

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Programming skills in Dot Net, develop PL/SQL Packages, Java and modern languages like Python, R
  • Experience in Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and EcoSys is a strong asset
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with a track record for meeting deadlines
