  • Deep expertise in how to productionize data models(python, SQL and Power BI)
  • Expert in Python, data analysis, and analytics background.
  • Previous Pensions or Financial services/bank experience is a must
  • 3+ years of extensive experience converting predictive models to production.
  • Strong statistical, data mining & machine learning must be good at data bricks, snowflake, and python

What They Will Work On:

  • Development of predictive models for key processes (e.g. Died on Pension, Terminations, Data quality etc.). The primary goal of these models is to make automated decisions on which processes can proceed without manual intervention versus those that need additional oversight and management.
  • Evaluate similar use of the independent variables currently found within the Termination Option model in other customer service processes (/transactions) and
  • Experiment with additional independent variables to increase fit (/ reduce false positives)
  • Execute retraining of the current Termination Option model that is in production accounting for performance in 2023 and 2024.
  • Share modelling expertise, through working partnerships within Business Insight resources, facilitating their skill development.
  • Assist with the implementation of model governance activities/ processes for all models that are put into production.
  • Ad hoc analysis of key operational, experiential, and risk-based questions.
  • Support new report development and enhancements.
