We are looking for an Auto Electrician to join our vibrant workshop team.

Based- KwaMashu, Mount Moriah

Hours- Monday to Friday (7 am to 4 pm) with alternate Saturdays (8 am to 12 pm)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintenance, servicing and repairingall vehicles, generators and other electrical components for Alistair Group.
• Work on all vehicle electrical systems and components, listed but not limited to: Ignition systems, tracking systems, camera systems, ABS, Battery, wiring, alternator and starter systems, in-cab electrical, lighting, indicators, horns, alarms, sirens and buzzers.
• Maintain, repair, and fault diagnosis of varied electrical systems, across a range of vehicles, but primarily focused on Howo Sinotruk and Toyota.
• Ensure maintenance and proper use of all tools, equipment, safekeeping and orderliness of their working area.
• Comply with applicable standards, policies and procedures of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Computer Literate
• Auto electrical troubleshooting/fault diagnosis experience - at least 4 years
• Certification/qualification in Auto Electrical or related - advantageous
