Description du Poste :
Le développeur frontend senior React est responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance d'interfaces web robustes et évolutives utilisant la technologie React. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe de développement, le candidat retenu aura une expérience approfondie dans la création d'architectures logicielles solides et dans l'optimisation des performances des applications web.

Responsabilités :
1. Concevoir et développer des applications web hautement interactives en utilisant React.
2. Participer à la définition de l'architecture logicielle pour garantir la scalabilité, la performance et la maintenabilité des systèmes.
3. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de conception et de produit pour traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en solutions techniques.
4. Assurer la qualité du code en utilisant des pratiques de développement robustes telles que les tests unitaires, l'intégration continue et le déploiement continu.
5. Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes et les goulots d'étranglement de performance.
6. Fournir un encadrement technique et des conseils aux membres juniors de l'équipe de développement.
7. Rester à jour sur les dernières tendances et technologies dans le domaine du développement web.

Compétences Requises :
1. Expérience significative avec React, Material UI et maîtrise des modèles de conception atomique.
2. Compétence en développement avec Remix ou Next.js pour le rendu côté serveur.
3. Connaissance approfondie de TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, et ECMAScript 2023.
4. Expérience avec les outils de gestion de l'état tels que Redux ou MobX.
5. Familiarité avec les API REST et/ou GraphQL.
6. Connaissance des méthodologies de développement Agile et Scrum.
7. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
8. Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et de manière autonome.

Formation et Expérience :
- Baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le développement web avec un accent sur React.
- Une expérience antérieure en tant qu'architecte logiciel ou leader technique est un plus.
