Job Description:Job Description Skills & Responsibilities:Must have experience with Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)Support Analyst with CMOD exposure5+ years of experience in application support on distributed technologies hands-on required.Unix, shells scripting, Python PMLC/SDLC knowledge is an assetExpertise/experience in Linux scripting language (Nice to have), and Core Java development.Good Application Support experienceExpertise in Database (Oracle, MS SQL) for writing simple & complex SQL queries.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues with various software components.Good knowledge of Debugging, defect fixing, and maintenance of software programs/code/applicationExperience in working with external vendors to provide application support.Deploy fixes to lower environments, test and promote to higher environments.Working experience with Service NowSDLC and Change Management process experience and knowledge (working experience with ITIL Service Now tool)Working experience and good knowledge of: i.
