Hello and welcome I am excited to introduce myself. I am Brittany - owner of Brittany's Respite & Support Services. This is my world - my family. My husband, and two beautiful girls. My drive and encouragement to do what I do I am opening my care and companionship services to Deseronto, HPE , Lennox & Addington + surrounding areas. I support people of all ages and abilities. A little bit about me; I grew up in what we call, the county (In Prince Edward County). Most of my hobbies consists of being outdoors fishing whether on boat, land, or ice. I also enjoy going for nature walks with my family to find wildlife for my kids to see. On these walks we hope to find a new swimming spot as my kids and I love the water We also love sitting around a bonfire with friends and family As much as I enjoy outdoors I do also strongly enjoy finding a show binge worthy, especially on kid free nights I feel my favorite show is F.R.I.E.N.D.S. When it comes to food I feel my favorite place to go for eating out would be either Montanas for fajitas or Chinese Buffet I have 9 years experience in the Developmental Services Field. I have cared for, and supported people with: •Autism •Dual Diagnosis •Mental Health Conditions •ADHD •FASD •Dementia •Alzheimer's •Hard of Hearing •Intellectual and Physical disabilities •Diabetes •Cancer •Down Syndrome In those 9 years of experience I have also administered medications including insulin and diabetic care. I have also been responsible to complete and record vital signs. I am knowledgeable and trained on how to respond in emergency situations. You can feel assured your loved one is safe under my care. I am a graduate from Loyalist College.
