As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world.

To continue this path successfully, we aim to hire a Field Application Engineer IP&E (Interconnect, Passives, and Electromechanical). They will be joining a team of Field Application Engineers responsible for the Polish, Czech and Slovakian markets, working with our clients and vendors, and reporting directly to Engineering Manager.

On a daily basis, you will guide and support our customers R&D and help them realize their innovative ideas.

What you will be doing?
  1. Creating design wins at Arrow's customers, in line with EMEA supplier & technology strategy, to maximize the generation of profitable, protected business.
  2. Partnering with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support on IP&E and consulting to promote demand creation.
  3. Working with FAEs and Territory Managers to define core customers, agree and review account technical strategies.
  4. Local ownership and drive on assigned suppliers/technologies.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, sales, and marketing.
  6. Selling Arrow benefits to customers and suppliers.
  7. Preparing and participating in supplier reviews.
  8. Driving demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
Who are we looking for?
  • Experience in working with IP&E products or technologies and understanding of country electronics markets.
  • Diploma engineer or equivalent within electronics.
  • Driving license and readiness for travel activities in the mentioned area in connection with customer visits.
  • Fluent English and Polish on an advanced/native level.
  • Good communication skills.
