What you can expect to do here:
  1. Lead the design and development of HVAC systems, heating and cooling plants, and plumbing systems.
  2. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  3. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  5. Ensure all design documents meet industry standards and client requirements.
  6. Work closely with other disciplines to develop integrated solutions.
  7. Maintain and manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
What you'll bring to WSP:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in the engineering consulting industry with a focus on the design of mechanical systems for buildings.
  3. A valid PEO license.
  4. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software for mechanical design, such as REVIT and HAP.
  6. Demonstrated experience in leading the design of mechanical systems across various facility types.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
