ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Core Skills:
    • Proven leadership in the QA automation domain
    • Expertise in software testing methodologies
    • Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)
    • Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java)
  2. Leads the automation testing team, defines and implements automation testing strategies, and drives continuous improvement in automation testing.
  3. Mentors and coaches junior engineers, manages project timelines, and ensures the quality and delivery of software products.
