Responsibilities:- Deliver parts as per Warehouse Supervisor directions, in a safe & timely manner.
- Process and maintain appropriate paperwork coinciding with delivery transactions.
- Effectively communicate delivery issues to all levels, customers, drivers, and management for resolution.
- Promote a strong relationship between the company & the customer; must have good interaction with our customers & drivers.
- Exercise responsibility for the maintenance of delivery vehicle and maintain an insurable driving record.
- Meet commitments to customers.
- Participate & contribute to the achievement of team goals, as well as other departments within the dealership.
- Maintain company customer service standards while exceeding our customers' expectations.
- Maintain company vehicle; daily vehicle inspections (logged and recorded on Vehicle Inspection Sheets).
- Any other duties as delegated by Warehouse Supervisor.
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
- Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Minimum 2 years.
- License - G.
- CAIND-Parts.
