Senior Project Controls Estimator Hybrid

- Position: Project Controls Advisor

- Work Schedule: Hybrid-Remote (Tuesday and Wednesday in the office/field)
Responsibilities:
- Lead effort to consolidate scope and cost for projects ranging from ~$25M to $1B+
- Ensure projects follow governance process
- Develop responses to regulatory and legal data requests
- Aggregating and reporting estimated project costs
- Work with cross-functional teams on project estimation and aggregation
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years construction industry experience
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
