Nous recherchons un chargé de projet qui participera à un projet international dédié à la résolution des problèmes de partage de données dans l’industrie médicale. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la coordination et la gestion de projet visant à sécuriser et à protéger les données sensibles de patients à travers le monde.

Le mandat est pour une durée initiale de dix (10) mois.

Responsabilités:
Collaborer avec l'équipe de projet pour assister dans la planification, l'exécution et le suivi de projets.
Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que la préparation de documents, la gestion de calendrier, la coordination de réunions et d’évènements et la rédaction de rapports.
Contribuer à l'organisation et à la logistique d'événements liés au domaine de la sécurité des données, y compris des séminaires, des conférences et des ateliers.
Assurer la communication fluide entre les membres de l'équipe, les parties prenantes internes et externes, en veillant à ce que les informations essentielles soient transmises de manière efficace.
Participer à la documentation et à la tenue à jour des rapports de projet, des rapports de suivi de budget, des plans d'action et des jalons atteints.
Acquérir une compréhension des solutions de sécurité, d'authentification et de cryptographie utilisées dans l'entreprise, afin de fournir un soutien pertinent à l'équipe.

Exigences:
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
Bonnes connaissances en technologie de l’information
Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en chargé de projet ou expérience équivalente
Excellente capacité à communiquer et écrire en Anglais.
Compétences organisationnelles solides et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Maîtrise Office 365
Souci du détail et orientation vers les résultats, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome tout en suivant les directives de l'équipe.
Apte à voyager au besoin

Atout:
Connaissances et expérience de travail avec les technologies d’identité, de gestion des accès, d’autorisation ou d’authentification

We are looking for a project manager who will participate in international projects, dedicated to solving data sharing problems in the medical industry. You will play an essential role in coordinating and managing the project aimed at securing and protecting the sensitive worldwide healthcare data.

This opportunity is for a ten (10) months contract.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to assist with planning, execution and monitoring of projects.
Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation, calendar management, coordination for meetings, events and writing reports.
Contribute to the organization and logistics of events related to the field of data security, including seminars, conferences and workshops.
Ensure smooth communication between team members, internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that critical information is transmitted effectively.
Participate in the documentation and maintenance of project and budget follow-up reports, action plans and milestones achieved.
Acquire an understanding of the security, authentication and cryptography solutions used in the company, in order to provide relevant support to the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science or related field
Good knowledge in Information Technology.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a project manager, or the equivalent.
Bilingualism with an excellent capacity to communicate and write in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office
Detail and results oriented, with the ability to work independently while following team directives.
Willing to travel when required

Asset:
Knowledge and experience working with technology related to identity, access management, authorization, or authentication.
