We are looking for a Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator for our leading partner in machinery and packaging.
Position summary:
Working within a dynamic company, this role involves providing administrative and logistical support for products and sales management. The position will work closely with the team to optimize inventory and distribution processes.
Main responsibilities :
- Track and inspect product inventory.
- Management of follow-up files with suppliers and coordination of shipments.
- Preparation and follow-up of commercial quotations.
- Customer order management, including sample preparation and delivery coordination.
Skills and qualifications :
- Degree in logistics, administration, or related discipline.
- At least 1 year experience in administrative support or coordination.
- Mastery of MS Office tools and ERP experience (Odoo a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong sense of autonomy, personal initiative, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working environment :
- Position based in a very dynamic SME, requiring the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
