Basic Qualification:
– Nail Technician certification from an accredited institution is REQUIRED.

Preferred Qualification:
– Previous experience working at a nail salon/spa for -/+ 1 year.
– Esthetics knowledge and/or experience.
– Able to communicate in other languages.

Key Responsibilities:
– Listen and understand each client’s needs and tailor every service accordingly.
– Handle client’s questions or concerns courteously and professionally.
– Deliver high standards of service, supporting the strategies of L’eclat Beauty Lounge.
– Understand and maintain a high level of sanitization, sterilization, hygiene, and safety practices.
– Perform prep work, cleaning properly, and restock work environment as needed.
– Assist the store with day to day operation when needed, including but not limited to opening and
closing duties.
