Requirements
The Laundry position will report directly to the Assistant General Manager. The ideal candidate for the job will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and will be an excellent communicator. Laundry and cleaning experience is an asset. All potential candidates will be able to work alone, make independent decisions, and promote a positive environment for our guests and coworkers.

Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Monitor all chemicals to see that they are all linked up and ready to use.
2. Prepare laundry bins for linen distribution for each floor.
3. Answer radio requests politely and promptly.
4. Keep all washers and dryers operating during your hours.
5. At the end of shift, empty lint trays and sweep up lint, inclusive of parkade.
6. Keep your work area clean and tidy.
7. Work as a team player.
8. Monitor stock and advise the manager when you are low.
9. Be willing to do other tasks as requested by supervisor/manager – e.g., housekeeping duties.
