The Opportunity:

Our client, a groundbreaker in vertical micro-greens farming, is looking for an Human Resources Business Partner for their brand new facility in Longueuil, Quebec.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide comprehensive recruiting services, including initial needs analysis, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and job postings.
  • Participate in work-study programs and create external relationships to find high-level talent.
  • Compile HR indicators, analyze, report and identify trends with recommendations provided to support business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR files, personnel, recruiting, executive files and monthly statistical summaries and reports for management.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • College or university education in human resources management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Extended knowledge of the Quebec Labor laws.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are bilingual in French and English
