Le Chef.fe principal.e TI - SAP/SD travaille de concert avec une équipe (directeur application, experts fonctionnels, analystes fonctionnels et consultants externes) chargée de mettre en place les processus d’affaires de son secteur, notamment dans le volet Commercial (SAP SD/Order to Cash). Cela comprend entre autres la gestion des commandes et des prix, la facturation et les ententes commerciales. Le.la titulaire sera appelé à travailler sur la plateforme SAP S4 RISE à l’intérieur de l’environnement d’Agropur. Ce poste est essentiel pour soutenir le programme Commercial du projet de transformation LEAP. En quoi consiste ce rôle : En tant que Chef.fe principal.e TI - SAP/SD, vous serez responsable de la gestion complète des projets liés au module SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) et technologies connexes VIM OpenText et Vistex. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques pour comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et déterminer les fonctionnalités à implémenter ou à améliorer. Vous assurerez la configuration, le paramétrage et la personnalisation du module SD pour répondre aux exigences spécifiques de l’entreprise. Vous formerez les utilisateurs finaux à l’utilisation de SAP SD et fournirez un support en cas de questions ou de problèmes. Vous participerez à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions SAP SD pour optimiser les processus de vente, de distribution et de gestion des stocks. Gérer une équipe d’analystes d’affaires et les utilisateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et les différents impératifs d’affaires ; Analyser les demandes de changements, évaluer les impacts et les enjeux technologiques et produire les requis fonctionnels (formulaires, données, interfaces, rapports) ; Participer à la priorisation des demandes avec l’équipe de fonctionnels et les unités d’affaires ; Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires dans la configuration de SAP et superviser les développements nécessaires au besoin ; Maintenir à jour la documentation inhérente à la configuration et au développement de SAP et des autres systèmes connexes ; Assurer l’intégrité des informations en établissant différentes stratégies de documentation, de test (unitaire et intégré) et de mise en production ; Communiquer dans un environnement d’équipe avec les unités d’affaires et les secteurs TI (développement et technique) ; Supporter et former les super utilisateurs afin de maximiser l’utilisation et la configuration du système SAP et des autres solutions d’affaires ; Comprendre les intégrations entre l’écosystème SAP d’Agropur et différentes plateformes de prise de commandes tel que WeGo Trade, Oracle Cloud, Five9. Travailler efficacement avec les équipes ABAP d’Agropur et également les ressources externes de notre fournisseur de support (AMS); Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe : Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe préféré; Expérience en implantation, support, entretien et amélioration de progiciel de type ERP dans des organisations de type manufacturière et centres de distribution; Bonne connaissance de SAP, idéalement S4 dans l’environnement RISE 5 à 10 ans d'expérience avec le module SD de SAP; Expérience de la version S4 dans l’environnement RISE un atout; Connaissance et expérience des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall) et en résolution de problèmes. Bilinguisme français et anglais, parlé et écrit; Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Solides connaissances de la technologie SAP SD, y compris la configuration, la personnalisation et les meilleures pratiques. Compréhension approfondie des processus métier liés à la vente, à la distribution et à la logistique. On est prêt, lait-tu?
