Senior Mobile Application Developer

Responsibilities:
- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications.
- Write and/or generate code.
- Compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software package use and operation.
- Provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Must-haves:
- Experience with commercial grade mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Published apps in Apple/Google stores.
- Proficiency in developing Native and Hybrid apps.
- Knowledge of Aries Framework Javascript (AFJ) / Credo.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3.
- Understanding of W3C verifiable credentials model.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- developing multithreaded applications IOS or Android: 8 years (required)
- Objective-C / Swift, Xcode or Java with Android Studio: 5 years (required)
- UI development of mobile application: 3 years (required)
- iOS/Swift, Android/Java, React Native/TypeScript: 3 years (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5V 1R5
