ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the ECD and CCO’s at No Fixed Address, you are working in a team to develop & present big ideas for integrated advertising campaigns.

You will be responsible for creating and nurturing the creative & strategic tone and voice of the brands you work on, while staying current with industry trends, new creative & design innovations, and media platforms to enhance our creative offerings.

You must be relationship-oriented, have an understanding of how to work within an integrated agency structure, and understand client and agency needs, to drive tangible outputs for clients.

More specifically, this team must:

  • As a Senior Art Director you will be responsible for leading the visual development and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and clients to create compelling, high-impact visuals that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages.
  • As a Senior Copywriter, you will craft compelling and effective copy for integrated campaigns across various media channels. You will collaborate with art directors, designers, and clients to develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand objectives.
  • Lead the creation and development of innovative concepts, visual ideas, and scripts for integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with your partner to ensure a cohesive and impactful narrative.
  • Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and other departments (production, studio) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and execute high-quality visual designs, including print, digital, social media, outdoor, and video assets.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for a range of media, including print, digital, social media, radio, and video.
  • Present concepts and designs to clients, articulating the creative vision and rationale.
  • Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free of errors and meets brand guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior art directors and copywriters to help them improve their writing skills.
  • Be an effective and detailed communicator, via various channels with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of relevant agency experience with a focus on integrated campaigns
  • Strong portfolio that shows experience in multiple mediums (Film, social, digital, OOH).
  • Experience with mentorship and building up of Junior Creatives, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth
  • Key organizational skills, able to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Google Suite, Figma is a plus
  • Full understanding of the latest AI technology and the ability to incorporate into ideas and presentation decks
