Required skills and Responsibilities: • Mainframe testing skillset: TSO, JCL, RACF, CICS, VTAM, SDSF, DB2, MFT, FTP, NDM, MQ • Hands-on experience in using file-aid, ISPF, SPUFI Hands-on experience in using JCL, CICS and DB2 Tables • Strong knowledge in running JCLs, offline/batch processing outputs verification, Validate output file, reports against the input etc. • Creating host input files and checking job output/logs for Banking domain experience. • Excellence communication and coordination skills. • Strong QA background, experience writing test cases/ QE artefacts and/other test planning. • Experience in Automation tool development (UFT), VBA macros. • Exposure in running Automation scripts (UFT)Banking and financial domain. Roles and Responsibilities: • Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper functionality. • Contributes to the identification, management, and closure of system defects Documents all problems/ issues and work to resolve them. • Reports progress on problem resolution to QA Lead creates improvements for current procedures. • Performs work-flow analysis and recommends quality improvements. • Receives moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments Onsite/Offshore coordination.
