See how we’re building tomorrow’s solutions, together.About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Microsoft Solutions Architect with experience in Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Licensing to help design, position, and architect Microsoft-based solutions for our clients. This individual will play a key role in driving technology strategy, enabling sales success, and supporting solution alignment across multiple customer verticals. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong business understanding, able to translate client challenges into tailored Microsoft solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role reports to the Vice President, Professional Services and Pre-Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Solution DesignPartner with account executives to design, price, and position Microsoft solutions across Azure, Modern Work (M365), Security, and Licensing.Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, challenges, and desired business outcomes.Develop architecture diagrams, quotes, services estimates, statements of work, and technical proposals.Support solution presentations, demos, and technical Q&A sessions with clients.Technical ExpertiseProvide subject matter expertise across:Azure: Infrastructure, cost optimization, migration planning, identity, governance, and security.Modern Work: Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, CoPilot and device management.Security: Defender suite, Entra ID (AAD), compliance, identity governance, and Microsoft Security Score improvements.Licensing: CSP, MCA-E, and volume licensing scenarios, including cost analysis and optimization.Sales Enablement & CollaborationCollaborate with Microsoft Partner teams, distributors, and internal sales to access funding, incentives, and solution accelerators.Train and enable sales teams on Microsoft technology positioning, licensing models, and competitive differentiation.Contribute to the creation of assessments, proof-of-concepts, and solution accelerators that drive pipeline growth.Client Engagement & Delivery SupportSupport hand-off to delivery teams with clear documentation, scope clarity, and risk identification.Participate in early delivery phases to ensure technical and business alignment.Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and Microsoft field teams.Qualifications4 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within a Microsoft Partner.Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Strong collaboration and teamwork across sales, delivery, and vendor ecosystems.Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to driving opportunities.Hands-on experience with:Azure IaaS/PaaS servicesMicrosoft 365 (Modern Work)Microsoft Security (Defender, Entra, Compliance)Microsoft Licensing (CSP, MCA-E, EA transitions)Strong communication and presentation skills in both technical and business contexts.Proven ability to develop SOWs, design documents, and cost models.CertificationsAZ-104 (Azure Administrator) or AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect), optionalMS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), optionalSC-100/SC-200 (Security Architect / Security Operations), requiredFundamentals certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900) requiredMicrosoft Licensing Specialist or equivalent training requiredWhy QuadbridgeInvest in Your Future – Benefit from our RRSP program to help you plan aheadGrow With Us – Take advantage of ongoing professional training and development opportunities.Comprehensive Coverage – A complete health, dental, life, STD and LTD insurance planTop-Tier Equipment – We provide everything you need to do your best work.A Vibrant Workplace – Join us for monthly social and team building events.Perks You’ll Love – In our Montreal office, enjoy an onsite chef and gymBring Your Best Friend – Our offices are pet-friendlyThe Quadbridge equal opportunity employer statement is included to reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion in compliance with applicable Canadian laws during the interview process as required.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Full-time, permanent, hybridSalary Range$120,000 to $145,000 per year, plus bonus and other benefitsApplication deadlineMarch 1st, 2026This posting is for an existing vacancy #J-18808-Ljbffr
