Our LPNs provide medical care to children, youth, adults and seniors in their homes and other settings in communities across Nova Scotia.\u00A0
- Diabetes management
- Dialysis
- Medication management
- Palliative care
- Phlebotomy
- Wound care; incl. negative pressure wound therapy and complex wounds
- \u2026and much more
\u00A0What we need from you:\u00A0
- Must be Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Experience in community health an asset
- A valid driver\u2019s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required and a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or a Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
