We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Associate Benefits Consultant to join Our Enterprise Group Solutions team. This full‑time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and enjoys managing multiple priorities with precision. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering best‑in‑class service and support. Support senior consultant in managing overall service delivery, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, implementation and vendor transitions, benchmarking and other projects. Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service needs and marketing initiatives, e.g., eligibility, billing, policy interpretation, and contract review. Manage carrier changes with the client and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely. Build and nurture long‑term client relationships by understanding their unique goals and delivering tailored solutions. Stay abreast of benefit trends and changes in the insurance industry that may impact clients. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the Canadian group benefits industry, client service or account management. LLQP license (or willingness to obtain). Strong ability to listen, discern and prioritize with clients, colleagues and carrier representatives. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Customer‑focused mindset, with a desire to contribute to a high‑performing, client‑centric culture. Growth‑oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
