About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. As a core member of our Private Assets team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day execution of the Capital Event process to ensure smooth operations and meet all the client service level agreementsReview funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materialsMonitor workflow and work with Team Manager to allocate resources to meet deadlines and achieve operational targetsIdentify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the process and recommend corrective actionsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Capital Event process into broader workflowsLead a team of SFAs/FAs, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goalsAssign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand their roles and expectationsProvide regular feedback to improve team performance and moraleEnsure all aspects of the Capital Event process comply with internal policies/procedures/best practices, external standards, and regulatory requirementsMonitor quality control metrics and ensure the deliverables meet established standardsAddress and resolve issues related to quality, discrepancies, or deviations in the process promptlyMaintain accurate records of process performance, team outputs, and incidentsGenerate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by the Team Manager or senior leadershipTrain new team members on the Capital Event Process and protocolsIdentify skill gaps and arrange ongoing training or coaching to enhance team performanceFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the teamEncourage a proactive problem-solving culture within the teamImplementation of efficiency initiatives in a timely mannerGenerate ad hoc reports as requiredQualificationsYou have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (CPA designation a plus).4+ years of fund accounting experience in either a Private Equity/Assets Fund, Private Equity/Assets Administrator or other financial institution where the accountant has gained financial products knowledgeExperience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statementsStrong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionalsProject management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-taskStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word), experienced user of the FIS Investran PE accounting platform highly desirableOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
