Position: Health Economics & Market Access Manager
Reports to: Director, Health Economics & Market Access

What you will do
- Incorporating health economics, business analytics, and competitive intelligence into the development of innovative strategies to gain, improve, and defend public and private market access.
- Documenting HEMA tactical plans, implementing relevant portions of these plans, and tracking and regularly reporting on cross-functional progress.
- Actively participating on key global teams and communicating issues/priorities to relevant teams.
- Partnering with Brand Teams in the development and execution of annual plans of action.
- Developing, managing, and reporting HEMA tactical budgets.
- Interacting with Pricing and Contracting group to create and negotiate proposals for payer needs.
- Working on pipeline products to generate key evidence and value propositions.
- Leading the creation of submissions and reviews, including global value dossiers and budget impact analyses.
- Partnering with Stakeholder relations and relevant Brand Team members.
What we expect of you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reimbursement/market access and/or health economics.
- Master’s or PhD in health economics, pharmacy, science, quantitative methods preferred.
- Strong understanding of CDA, INESSS, and provincial review agencies.
- Experience in working with academia and reviewing/critiquing HE models, reports, BIMs, cost calculators.
- Basic understanding of outcomes research methodologies.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and scientifically minded.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytic skills.
- Strategic and customer-focused with demonstrated budget management abilities.
