Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and opportunities through direct sales, business meetings, relationship building, and client events.
  • Manage recruitment efforts for new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a selling strategy/territory plan aligned with corporate and financial strategic business plans.
  • Evaluate current trends, competitive activity, economic factors, and market changes, translating knowledge into actionable plans for profitable growth.
  • Maintain relationships with key business contacts, sales partners, and industry associations to support Limitless Staffing's brand growth.
  • Identify and elevate new or existing business threats and opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison to management for key initiatives/strategies, informing them of significant changes and performance against strategy.
  • Keep management informed of sales activities through daily entries into the ATS and weekly sales reports.


Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Account Management and Business Development within the staffing and recruitment industry, consistently demonstrating superior results (top 25%).
  • Skilled in accurately forecasting and completing competitive analyses.
  • Capable of developing successful sales strategies, techniques, and tactics to grow sales and identify new business sources for Limitless Staffing.
  • Possess exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • An independent worker who takes initiative and acts like an owner.
  • A leader with integrity who can influence and motivate others.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and maintaining outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenges.
