Our client, a leading national accounting body, is seeking a Manager with over 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Operating in the highly complex and global accounting eco-system, our client is a convener, facilitator, contributor and disseminator of information that advances the profession.

What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager in FP&A to join our team. This role involves monthly analytics, coordinating information for financial close periods, and conducting variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. The successful candidate will work closely with regional business partners to support financial reporting, assist with budgeting and forecasting, conduct financial modelling, and collaborate on business initiatives.

Success Criteria and Deliverables:

At 3 Months:

- Hands-on with month-end close

- Accurate and timely financial reporting

- Partner with regional business partners on budgeting and forecasting

What We Need From You:

- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

- Advanced Excel skills

- Knowledge of GAAP

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Experience with Great Plains and BI360 preferred
