Principales responsabilités :

Sous la direction d’un(e) chef d’équipe spécialise dans le domaine de science de bâtiment, les responsabilités et le rôle d’un(e) chargé(e) de projet senior inclurait les suivant :

Responsable pour la planification, la collaboration, l’exécution, et la gestion du personnel techniques sur les mandats tels que : 

  • Les expertises et les évaluations de l’état des façades de bâtiments et/ou des stationnements étagés;
  • La préparation de plans et devis et les documents d’appels d’offre pour des projets en réhabilitation des bâtiments;
  • La gestion administrative de contrat pour des projets de réhabilitation des bâtiments;
  • La surveillance du contrôle qualitatif des travaux de construction/réhabilitation 
  • La rédaction de rapports d’études techniques;
  • La rédaction et la revue des livrables techniques (plans et devis);
  • Responsable de suivre les exigences corporatives concernant la santé et sécurité des employé(e)s sous sa supervision et le contrôle de qualité corporatives;
  • Rencontre avec des clients et la préparation des offres de services;
  • Autres tâches connexes.

À noter que vous serez soutenu par une équipe multidisciplinaire constituée de chargés de projet, coordonnateurs de projet, techniciens de chantier, thermographes certifiés, pilotes de drone, etc.

Compétences recherchées :

  • Expérience dans la préparation des rapports d’inspection des façades et/ou stationnement étagés (selon la loi 122 du Régie du bâtiment du Québec);
  • Connaissance approfondie des matériaux de construction et processus de construction pour la conception et/ou la réparation de l’enveloppe de bâtiment;
  • Expérience dans l’estimation de coûts de réparations;
  • Excellente capacité en communication (orale et écrite);
  • Expérience dans la rédaction de rapports;
  • Capacité à travailler en hauteur;
  • Expérience éprouvée dans l’approche client;
  • Une bonne connaissance du Code National Bâtiment et des connaissances techniques en matière d'évaluation des composantes du bâtiment (enveloppe, systèmes de revêtement) sera considérée comme un atout;
  • Détenir une certification LEED ou BECx sera considéré comme un atout;
  • Expérience de la préparation de propositions de projets sera considéré comme un atout;

Qualifications requises :

  • Baccalauréat en science du bâtiment, en génie de bâtiment, en génie civil, en génie de la construction ou en architecture;
  • Détenir plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la science du bâtiment;
  • Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec ou de l’Ordre des Architectes du Québec;
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et jugement professionnel;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et dans un environnement collaboratif;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais*;
  • Solide connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, XLS, Outlook, etc.);
  • Détenir la carte ASP Construction;
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule.

*Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés internes et externes dans l’équipe de l’Est du Canada et les équipes canadiennes ou mondiales de façon régulière, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
