The office is well-structured and efficiently managed; you'll collaborate with three full-time general dentists, an accomplished oral surgeon, and a skilled periodontist who visits monthly.Experience a workplace where positivity reigns and teamwork flourishes. Full-time or Part-Time, ideally 3 days per week and 1 Saturday per month.Compensation:Will be based on skill-set and experience 40-50/hrHealth Spending AccountRRSPDental BenefitsPaid Personal DaysContinuing EducationUniform AllowanceTeam Building ActivitiesFree ParkingRelocation AllowanceGraduate of an Accredited Dental Hygiene ProgramCurrent member of the CDHOIdeally 1+ years of work experience, however new graduates will be consideredBilingualism is preferred (English/French)Friendly, highly organized and works will with all personality typesSelf-Motivated, self-managed and brings solutions to any problemsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform clinical treatments using established dental hygienist procedures as assigned by the dentist for both adults and children.Independently assess the nature and extent of dental, periodontal, and associated conditions and pathology in dental outpatients.Patient screening, charting, and medical history procedures and documentation.Use digital radiography software and patient education software.Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing as well as technical information to patients and non-technical staff.Deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.Work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.Attention to detail in all areas of work.Maintain meticulous patient records.Professional appearance and manners.If you're interested in temping or permanent work opportunities, you can have access to what's available by signing up on our APP here:
