Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du General Manager, l'Operations Manager est en charge de la gestion opérationnelle de notre service d’autopartage. Vous serez le garant de la qualité et de la disponibilité du service, optimisant chaque aspect logistique pour assurer une expérience client sans faille.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gestion de la flotte :
    Manager et coordonner les équipes opérationnelles (internes et externes) pour assurer une gestion efficace de la flotte.
  • Optimisation des coûts :
    Surveiller et réduire les coûts liés aux opérations (entretien, réparation, assurance, etc.).
  • Collaboration technique :
    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques pour l’amélioration continue des outils de gestion de flotte.
  • Logistique des flux de véhicules :
    Organiser et optimiser les mouvements des véhicules pour une couverture optimale des zones de service.
  • Mise en place des processus :
    Élaborer et améliorer les processus logistiques pour garantir des opérations fluides (recharge, maintenance).
  • Disponibilité des véhicules :
    Assurer la disponibilité maximale des véhicules dans la zone de couverture.
  • Relations avec les autorités locales :
    Construire et entretenir d’excellentes relations avec la Ville de Montréal et les organismes publics.
  • Animation d’équipe :
    Vous recruterez, dirigerez et motiverez l’équipe locale

Profil recherché

Passionné(e) par la mobilité et le secteur automobile, vous êtes polyvalent(e), organisé(e) et dynamique. Vous savez combiner logistique, technique et gestion d’équipe avec une vision claire de l’efficacité et de la qualité de service.

Prérequis :

  • Formation universitaire .
  • Expérience :
    Minimum 3 ans dans un rôle similaire, idéalement chez un opérateur de mobilité ou dans une activité opérationnelle.
  • Leadership :
    Capacité à gérer et motiver des équipes sur le terrain.
  • Compétences logistiques et analytiques :
    Fortes appétences pour l’optimisation des processus logistiques.
  • Réactivité et esprit de résolution :
    Capacité à réagir rapidement et à résoudre les problèmes efficacement.
  • Permis de conduire :
    Permis obligatoire.
  • Connaissance locale :
    Excellente connaissance de Montréal et de ses environs.
