Job Description

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Concevez les composants de traitement du langage naturel des capacités NLU de ServiceNow en améliorant les algorithmes d’apprentissage profond de base.
  • Participer à la collecte de données, à la création de repères, etc.
  • Développer des idées brevetables innovantes qui assurent la compétitivité de ce produit dans le domaine d’un travail similaire effectué dans l’industrie.
  • Faites progresser les capacités de langage naturel de la plate-forme ServiceNow.
  • Apportez de l’intelligence aux flux de travail des clients en tirant parti de leurs données individuelles.
  • Données structurées (évolution de l’état du flux de travail, tables de base de données).
  • Données non structurées (énoncés, descriptions, documents).
  • Écrivez, déboguez et testez à l’aide d’un mélange de JavaScript et de Java côté serveur.
  • Implémentez des interfaces Web à l’aide de frameworks JavaScript tels que React, Angular et CSS.
Qualifications

Qui vous êtes :

  • Solides connaissances théoriques et expérience pratiques en apprentissage automatique / apprentissage profond.
  • Expérience de l’utilisation d’incorporations (intégrations contextuelles / intégrations multi-modèles).
  • Solide expérience pratique pour l’approcher, la conception et la construction systématiques d’une solution d’apprentissage automatique / apprentissage profond, l’évaluer et la produire.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Expérience en Java, ou Python et connaissance pratique de JavaScript.
  • Familiarité avec les bases de données relationnelles: MySQL , Oracle (Facultatif).
  • Niveaux élevés de créativité et des capacités de résolution rapide de problèmes.
  • Préféré : Expérience démontrée en génie logiciel provenant d’un stage antérieur, d’une expérience de travail, de concours de codage ou de publications.
  • Préféré: expérience dans les solutions basées sur le traitement du langage naturel (NLP) / compréhension du langage naturel (NLU).
