Senior Application/Software Architect

We are looking for a Senior Application/Software Architect for our client who meets the following criteria:

  • Language: English
  • Security Clearance: Reliability
  • Location of Work: The Work must be performed in a hybrid work environment which predominantly includes telework within Canada and on RCMP premises within the National Capital Region (NCR) when requested at either of the following locations:

– Royal Canadian Mounted Police 1200 Vanier Parkway, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0R2 or

– Royal Canadian Mounted Police 73 Prom. Leikin Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0R2

Mandatory requirements:

  • The Bidder must demonstrate by providing a detailed summary that each proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years working as an Application/Software Architect as per the category descriptions identified in the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) method of supply.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource performed the same or similar tasks as detailed in the Statement of Work (Refer to Section 5.1 of Annex A).
  • The Bidder must demonstrate by providing a detailed summary that each proposed resource has a minimum of six (6) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years working on enterprise scale projects in the public sector.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate by providing a detailed summary that each proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years designing and developing software solutions for operational policing applications or supporting Public Safety initiatives.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate by providing a detailed summary that each proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years experience within the last twelve (12) years designing and developing enterprise scale applications using JAVA or C#.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate by providing a detailed summary that each proposed resource has a minimum of 6 months experience within the last five (5) years from bid closing architecting applications in a Cloud environment.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate by providing a detailed summary that each proposed resource has a minimum of 6 months within the last 5 years from bid closing of experience architecting systems using SAS Data Analytics software technology platform supporting Public Safety initiatives.
