Responsibilities:

  1. Provide significant technical leadership and development experience to lead end-to-end technology execution of the requested business solutions.
  2. Demonstrate strong relationship management, soft skills, and communication skills (verbal and written) to foster partnerships.
  3. Lead technology initiatives that do not require a Project Manager (PM), ensuring scope is understood, project plans are developed, and facilitate the delivery of the initiative while collaborating closely with the Tech team and associated partners.
  4. Work closely with the project PM to ensure all Tech teams are engaged to execute project deliverables and support keeping projects/programs on track, escalating any gaps to the PM and Tech App Owner/Manager as needed.
  5. Participate in project profiling discussions to ensure engagement of appropriate technical stakeholders (Enterprise Protect, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Security Architecture, Information Security, etc.) and outline required documentation for each workstream.
  6. Engage other technology partners (Release Management, Risk Management, Tech Solution Operations, etc.) to manage technical requirements and standards.
  7. Participate in HR Intake Council meetings to complete tech assessments and associated estimates, assisting the PM in submitting intake requests to required Tech teams.
  8. Lead the estimate delivery process by gathering estimates from Tech specialists and Tech control partners as required for BAU, projects, or enhancements.
  9. Participate in business technology risk assessment discussions and third-party cyber risk management discussions with vendor sessions, e.g., Vendor renewal projects as needed.
  10. Work with the PM to ensure that project status accurately reflects technology progress, risks, and issues, assisting in updating Business and Technology Stakeholders on overall project delivery status through biweekly status reporting, which includes overseeing and reporting on technology project status, managing project Tech team resources, and providing assistance.
