What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze coverage and communicate coverage positions
- Conduct investigations into loss facts and damages
- Confirm coverage of claims by reviewing policies and supporting documents
- Coordinate loss information for stakeholders and underwriters
- Negotiate and settle claims, including those in litigation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have or be eligible to receive claims adjuster license
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction or equivalent
- Knowledge of insurance industry or claims handling preferred
- Successful completion of basic insurance courses or industry designation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Additional industry certifications or courses
